During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a great location. It is situated on a main road, and within a five-minute walk from the famous Dal Lake. From my window, I enjoyed some of the city's best views. The hotel had clean facilities and a simple breakfast. Most notable, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff.

The hotel is situated on a main road, close to Nigeen Park and only a short walk to Dal Lake. the hotel owner is hospitable and welcoming. Some guests have praised the view from the hotel windows on the upper floors.
Some guests have experienced constant noise throughout the night from other guests arriving and leaving.

Spent an Easter weekend at this hotel and it had so much to offer. Loved the fact that it was beautifully situated on the main road, with amazing views when opening the window. Plus, it was just a short 5-minute walk away from the beach - exactly what I needed. The service offered by the staff was top-notch, their hospitability made me feel at home.
The room attendant and owner's behavior was a downside. There was precise noise throughout the nights, which made it impossible to sleep.

The hotel location is great and offers a beautiful view from the window. It is close to the main road and a park, and only a 5-minute walk from a popular lake. the owner is very hospitable and friendly.
There were several disturbances from other guests arriving, making it difficult to rest.
